our guests - past, present and future.
This new cookbook, published in
2005 includes over 100 recipes for bountiful breads, cheerful coffee
cakes, exciting eggs, fanciful fruit, glorious go-alongs, jazzy jams
and jellies, marvelous muffins, perfect pancakes, scrumptious scones,
tasty French toast, and wonderful waffles. Introductory pages give a
history of the farm and a philosophy section gives hints from Gretchen
about her cooking and baking secrets. All of the recipes included in
the cookbook are served regularly at the B&B.

"Tried & True" Lamb Recipes
This
cookbook is a compilation of recipes from members of the Door County
Sheep & Goat Raisers. It was written and edited by Gretchen. After
an introduction about how to purchase cuts of lamb and how to prepare
them properly, 43 "tried and true" recipes for various cuts of lamb and
13 recipes for favorite accompaniments are detailed. Each of the
recipes is regularly served to our families and friends. Proceeds from
the cookbook support the community educational efforts of the Door
County Sheep & Goat Raisers including the annual event, the Door
County Shepherds' Market .
